Project Managers

Job Description

• A project manager oversees current and future projects.
• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, etc., and give them guidance when needed
• Plan all operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

Requirements:

• Experienced in Painting Contractor Project Management
• In-depth understanding of painting procedures and material and project management principles
• Comfortable in managing multiple tasks
• Team player with a great attitude toward others and great leadership skills

Painting Estimator

Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates that can be used to bid on residential and commercial painting jobs
• Examining structures, understanding the techniques needed to paint different types of buildings, and accounting for various elements of building construction that can make the painting more challenging
• Accountable for plan takeoffs, setting estimated costs, and preparing bids and budgets

Requirements:

• Experienced in creating estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects
• Strong background in painting for commercial, residential, and industrial projects
• Must be able to handle a large volume of clients in a timely manner
• Construction knowledge, ability to read blueprints
• Great attention to detail

Skilled Painters

Job Description

• Applies various finishes to buildings, rooms, or other structures, including primers or sealers.
• Prepares, cleans, and tapes surfaces of all job sites.
• Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, etc.
• Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
